Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders in the online shop at https://www.juliana-camin.com , operated by Liana Camin – sole proprietorship, 3700 Spiez, Switzerland.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A binding contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed (by email).

3. Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.

4. Payment
Payments are only possible by credit card. The charge will be made upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery
Shipping is only within Switzerland.
Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days, but may vary depending on the factory.
Shipping is via Swiss Post or an equivalent service provider.

6. Retention of title
The delivered artworks remain the property of Liana Camin until full payment has been made.

7. Return and cancellation
Since these are individually crafted works of art, there is no general right of return.
Exceptions will only be made in the case of damaged or incorrect deliveries. In such cases, the damage must be reported by email within 5 days of receipt.

8. Liability
Liana Camin is not liable for damage caused by improper handling or installation.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Copyrights
All artwork, images and texts on this website are protected by copyright and may not be used without the express consent of Liana Camin.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction is Spiez, Switzerland.
