Watercolors
Watercolor is a transparent painting technique in which color pigments are diluted with water and applied to absorbent paper. It is characterized by smooth transitions, translucent layers, and the vibrant lightness of the colors. The technique requires a keen sense of the water-color ratio, as corrections are virtually impossible. By deliberately exploiting coincidences and playing with light and shadow, expressive, atmospheric works emerge.
